My name is Lucy Cates and I like to produce music, compose, perform, programme and create sounds.

Recently graduated from ACC Bristol with an extended Level 3 Diploma in DJ & Electronic Music Production, I have been offered a place at City University London to study Music, Sound and Technology BSc (Hons) for 4 years.

I focus my research on the creation of innovate and unusual ways to interact with audio, video and electronics.

To achieve my projects I do large use of software and programming languages like Ableton Live, Max for Live, Logic Pro and Max/Msp.

I have performed using hardware like the Ableton Push, Pioneer CDJs and analog synths.
